  Jason responds quickly, is on time, takes care to protect hardwood floors and is thorough. This is the second time we have used Jason (Anderson Carpet) and have recommended him to a friend who also was pleased with his work. He has shampooed sofas, area rugs, steps, wall-to-wall carpet in bedrooms and even stains on dining room cushions that I feared could never be removed without damaging the fabric. Thank you Jason.

  Jason and his team are top notch! I spent a couple days looking for a carpet cleaning company that not only had good reviews, but also had competitive prices as well. I'm giving them five stars for a few reasons. First is the amazing job they did on my carpet. Second was purely my mistake of telling my wife the wrong price after getting the quote over the phone. She wrote them a check in the morning. I immediately got a call from the owner afterwards asking how the cleaning went, and found out that I overpaid by $40 (still cheaper than the other local competitors). He offered to drive to my home and refund the difference. While i refused the kind offer, I was extremely thankful for his honesty, and the kind gesture. It was refreshing to see a business owner run his company with that much honesty and integrity.
