  I can't thank Jason enough for his help. Our carpets look amazing and all of the areas that were bothering me are totally clean. He texted me the day before to confirm the appointment which was nice.

On the cleaning day, he and his partner made sure everything was done thoroughly. I like that Jason is hands on with his work.
A major difference I noticed from this recent visit compared to the last is that he is using a newly built truck with a fancy machine that left way less moisture. The drying time is much shorter!

  We used Jason again yesterday for our carpet cleaning as it had been a while. He was as responsive, efficient and excellent as in the past. He and his colleague did a fantastic job, and the carpets never looked better!

His pricing remains very fair and he's worth it, as his work is superior to others we've had do the work before we knew about him. We will continue to use him & we will also continue to highly recommend him to friends & neighbors. Hope this info helps.

  Jason and his team are top notch! I spent a couple days looking for a carpet cleaning company that not only had good reviews, but also had competitive prices as well. I'm giving them five stars for a few reasons. First is the amazing job they did on my carpet. Second was purely my mistake of telling my wife the wrong price after getting the quote over the phone. She wrote them a check in the morning. I immediately got a call from the owner afterwards asking how the cleaning went, and found out that I overpaid by $40 (still cheaper than the other local competitors). He offered to drive to my home and refund the difference. While i refused the kind offer, I was extremely thankful for his honesty, and the kind gesture. It was refreshing to see a business owner run his company with that much honesty and integrity.

  We have used Anderson Carpet several times now and have been very pleased with the way our carpet looks after cleaning and spot removal. This time we used them to stretch our carpet. I contacted Jason for a referral for a carpet repair business and he informed me they do carpet stretching. They did a fantastic job!

  Jason did an excellent job with our carpet and my neighbor's carpet. He is easy to communicate with, on time, reliable and excellent work.
